I can't recommend her enough as someone who is knowledgeable, doesn't make you feel pressure to make a decision, kind, and fun to be around! Jennifer did an amazing job throughout the entire process of helping me find a home. She was very thorough in laying out the current market expectations and availability. She was able to address any questions or concerns I had quickly and efficiently. She sent me current listings multiple times a day so I was always up to date on availability in my search area. During showings she was very helpful in giving me insights to the pros and cons of each property we looked at. I never felt rushed or hurried so I could look at each house in detail. After settling on a property she helped make the bidding, inspection, and closing as seamless as possible. Her 8z Real Estate team helped me through all the paperwork to make sure deadlines were met very efficiently. Even after closing she has contacted me several times to make sure the transition was smooth. It was apparent to me that she loves her job helping people buy and sell real estate. I am very pleased with my experience with Jennifer and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for representation in the real estate market.

Jenn is now 3-for-3 on finding wonderful homes for me and my family. No matter the size of the deal, Jenn pours both her heart and mind into her work. And she has a rare mix of talent in both the heart side and mind side of that work. When you hire Jenn, youre hiring someone with both the ability and willingness to understand all of the priceless human realities that go into your sale or search, and the intelligence and knowledge to help you plan your strategy, find candidates, and creatively negotiate a deal that leaves everyone unhesitatingly ready to pop the cork at closing. Ive sent Jenn a few of my close friends and family members, and all of them have been 5-star satisfied. Ive owed her this review for a long time because of those experiences and my own. My most recent referral was for a family member looking to downsize her home in retirement and move to be closer to us. She was looking for an entry-level condo. Thats not really a lucrative commission for most realtorsand certainly not for one as good as Jenn. But Jenn put just as much effort into this one as she always has. If thats not the definition of ethical, I dont know what is. Hire Jenn; you wont find better.

Jennifer is an amazing realtor. She is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She has great insight and strategies and most importantly she is always looking out for her clients best interest. I HIGHLY recommend her! I will not only refer her but will use her again in the future.

Jenn is incredible and so kind. She is available for any question you might have and so willing to help at any turn. I am a first time home buyer and she made the experience so smooth. Absolutely recommend buying with Jenn at 8z!
