        Jonathan came out today for our first ProCare visit. Its extremely gratifying to know that the management company does care about its properties and how people are maintaining them. Jonathan was very professional and thorough and even complementary to how we are caring for their property.

        Update --- They replaced the dishwasher but my opinion is the same. --- They will charge you for keeping up their homes (big stuff). Every service request is a hurdle and they always go the cheap route (patching). We were charged $299.00 to remove a wasp nest. Had we known it would cost that much, we would have never called them. We had recent issues with leaks and it took them several vendor visits and several weeks to fix. They have to send out multiple vendors and majority of them have no idea what they are doing. We pay so much in rent which is always on time and they even increased our rent but we can't even get our dishwasher fixed. This coming holiday will be the second holiday we have been without a dishwasher. The list goes on and on. We would move but we love the neighborhood school. Nickel and diming residents is exactly why I got out of this industry. It's greed and morally wrong. Be prepared to have homeowner responsibilities when you rent from this company. This is in the Denver area.
