2024 edit* In the fall of 2023 one of our condos became empty, the the manager assigned to us did a horrible job finding a new tenant. Did nothing for weeks, then ran photos with the dirty carpets from move-out. Even though they had been cleaned in the meantime. Communication was horrible, and in short, it sat for two months with no prospects and not much being done. I parted ways with the company over it. A new company had it rented out within a week. I needed a new management company for a couple of condos on short notice when our previous company left the area. Integrity took us on and got us up and running in a very short time. The transfer of funds etc. from the old company to Integrity went smooth as can be. It couldn't have been easier to get set up with them. And they are very responsive to emails. Always same day responses.

We have been working with Sarah and she is great. She gets back to me super quick and is super efficient and lovely. So far were loving our experience with Integrity Realty and management.

The folks here have given us such a smooth move into our new place. Super friendly and so attentive to any odds and ends that needed attention once we got in. Highly recommend!
