Not impressed.. the first time I went I just got a color change and service was average nothing bad. However the second time I went, I asked nicely if I could add French tip to my pedicure (which I was willing to pay for) she said there wouldnt be time. I asked to downgrade my pedicure to the middle, still said no and then downgrade to the most basic pedicure, she checked the schedule and said there would just be no time for that. So I said thats fine Ill just keep what I have I guess. Almost paying $90 for the tip pedicure I expect it to be great but it was average. My massage I could not even feel at all it was so light I at least expect some effort for that price!! After being told there was no time for a French I let my toes dry for 15 minutes after she was done, I noticed she cleaned the sink next to me for the next client which I understand prepping for that, but she went to go sit down while my toes were drying. So to me she did not have another client for quite a while and I believe there was time for a French especially if I would be expected to pay for the add on I wouldnt just be adding something. I dont appreciate this kind of service but I was understanding about the time limit, however if you say there is no time at least make it look believable dont go sit down afterwards!

Keeps raising prices - booking times are difficult - many better options out there. I love the concept of memberships and such but its unfortunate theres no. Benefit of that there

My girlfriends and I booked services here for our girls weekend. When I called to book 3 weeks before we would be in Denver we scheduled a mani/pedi, massage, and facial. I received a phone call the week before our arrival and they cancelled our massages because they didnt have someone there that could do it. Slightly disappointing but we let it go. When we arrived the receptionist was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. The girls that did our mani/pedis were also amazing! They chatted with us and made it a very comfortable experience. The blowout however, was the worst blowout I have ever had. The girl was nice enough but she seemed to be in a rush or slightly inconvenienced to be there. She was extremely aggressive with my hair and burnt my scalp with the blow dryer. When we left I had to go and brush the rats out of my hair for the next two days. Definitely not worth what we paid. Will never go back for this service again. Services: Blowouts, Facial treatments, Pedicure, Manicure
