        Inept staff. Unable to properly schedule. Unable or unwilling to communicate when they change appointment times on you even after you have completed check-in. Traveled halfway across the country for an appointment today only to be told that they change the appointment date without confirming without contacting me to let me know.

        1 complaint is they where over by a few minutes in estimated time for completion but not everything goes 100% and only a few minutes is ok by me. Staff was great and helpful the mri tech and assistant was amazing.

        I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I had to have an MRI and I am EXTREMELY claustrophobic. I called several places and Health Images was the absolute best in accommodating me with my anxiety. Jen, on the phone, was SO kind in explaining all the accommodations they could make and the entire process so that I felt prepared. Amy, was wonderful in coming in with me, keeping me calm, playing my choice of music, and holding my hand the entire time. I honestly don't think I would have been able to even attempt the MRI, let alone complete it, without them. Additionally, office is clean, calming, and on time. I highly recommend. THANK YOU!
