My first experience with Guild was great! My loan Officer was Andrew Milmoe who has since moved on to a different company! My second was not so great, I was interested in doing a refi with Guild and had some other great competing offers. Karla Kyte bragged over both email and phone about how much she could save me from keeping fees waived if the refi was done in house by guild and about how Quicken was notorious for adding points at high fees. The funny part is the bashing of another company to sell herself is not even true. After exchanging several emails and talking on the phone for a bit she asked the question, "who is your current loan with now?" I had to answer with a slight embarrassment of "it's with you". It's a shame when I am unknown to a company and a rep of the company when I've been making payments to them for about 2 years. She said she could not see anything on me because I did not have a file...which is either a lie or Guild has not empowered their employees to give the best service possible. I was pushed to the back burner by their company and received a rude text from the second loan officer mentioned above...I decided to part ways immediately and go with Quicken Loans. It was a fast and easy experience and my offer was way better than anything Guild could do.

Omgoodness!!! I could not have been matched up with a better team! Rebecca, Ali, and Sarena are the best group! I honestly couldn’t be more excited to have work with them! You girls guided me they a really stressful and exciting time. Thank you for easing the stress and making it a very seamless process without any headaches! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!!! :)

We absolutely loved working with Guild, and especially Scott. He was the best! We would not have finished this transaction with anyone else. We initially were going to go with Rocket Morgage because they offered competitive rates and it was nice that everything was electronic. BUT once we met with Scott at the recommendation of our realtor, there was no going back. Scott offered us not only a competitive rate, but BETTER than rocket mortgage and he was there to answer any question we had during the entire process. He called to give us updates and make sure if there was anything that we needed that he provided it for us. While we were competing with other offers, he called the selling agent and recommended us as strong buyers. He went above and beyond in every sense of the word and we could not be more grateful for that! Whatever Scott's job description is, I guarantee he is going above and beyond!
