Poor customer service. Spoke to Jessica about a loan and she was suppose to get back to us once she received more info but never did Response: Not sure why I would be in your system since we never heard back from Jessica and therefore never filled out a loan application

Do not use this company. They did a refinance for me in 2012 and never released the loan so now in 2022 it looks like I have two loans on my property. I've left over 10 messages and emails as has the title company and have gotten zero responses! I've even spoken to an operator at the company who acts like she cares only to transfer me into phantom mailboxes only to leave messages that never get returned. Again- do NOT use this company.

I had a fast and easy experience refinancing my condo with Cherry Creek Mortgage. This is second refinance through Cherry Cherry Creek after getting my initial loan through them many years ago. I'd recommend them as an option if you're considering lenders.
