        Pay for years for protection incase of emergency to find out it takes 4 months to receive partial benefits. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even the doctor is shocked by the lies told by account manager and the total refusal to assist.

        if they have to pay you something they just disappear, even on the phone they don't even return calls or emails. I'm suffering a lot, I've had a lot of damage and no help so far.

        Really unprofessional.had to claim workers comp because their store had a worker attack me. Denied my claim for no reason. Basically zero customer service. This company should go bankrupt. They mishandled everything and dont care if youre hurt. Id give them 0 out of 5 if it would let me. I hope the hartford goes under and everyone there loses their job
