Poor customer service. Spent 20 mins on the phone with Catherine and she was suppose to send me a quote but never did so I called as well as emailed with no response. Waste of time 4/1- Response Unfortunately that is not correct and I would advise you to verify with Catherine what was really sent to me since it was actually just a follow-up email but with no quote, what is there to follow-up on?
