Mr. Nate Osborn, so called, "represented" us. My review of Nate's job that he did for us is that Nate did a terrible job. It is as simple as this, Nate was terrible. And this is my review: Nate was a terrible attorney for us. I would describe Nate's behavior as shifty and deceptive and selfish and cruel. What was odd, was that I noticed that Nate was cruel with a grin on his face. Nate did this thing where he asked me to do something, that he probably knew was not going to work, but he had a mannerism on his face of a used car salesman's smile. This happened over and over and over. At the outset, Nate was eager to tell us that he was up for the job, very peppy in the initial consult, very experienced as a trial lawyer. But what became evident, as things got going, was that Nate could not write on a lawyerly level that one would expect a lawyer to be able to do. Maybe Nate had writer's block. It also became evident that Nate was ignorant of the finer details of lawyering, or not so fine details. For example, in Nate's office, I watched him openly talk about the case, in my presence, to an "expert witness" that Nate told us to hire, which we found out later, was just a guy Nate knew. This guy couldn't write either. In other words, Nate talked to the "expert witness", client and himself about the case divulging a narrative of Nate's imagination. During the deposition of this "expert witness" (Nate's buddy, not really an expert in the required field) it was almost like the opposing counsel knew Nate was exactly, this bright, to discuss the case exactly as he did in the office. The opposing counsel asked the "expert witness" if he had discussed the case and who with. Again, it was an experience, with Nate's odd and shifty facial expressions and unusual expectations that nobody is allowed to call him out on his way of doing things. This is just one example of Nate's conduct, but representative of the case. Lastly, I have been in a courtroom with Nate. It was not a graceful sight to see, especially for someone who seems eager to lists "his" conquests on the website. If you feel the urge to hire Nate, you should also feel the urge to completely read the rules of conduct for attorneys on the office of attorney regulation website for Colorado. Regarding Nate's info on his CV, take it with a grain of salt. Just because Nate says he defended someone in a matter doesn't mean he achieved any kind of success or helped his client in any way. My review of Nate as a lawyer, was that he was a terrible lawyer for us. Fortunately for us, two other lawyers worked on the case who did not subscribe to Nate's antics and used car salesman's smile.

Professional intake coordinator was friendly and quickly was willing to check for any existing conflicts of interest. Didn't start an engagement but would absolutely work with them on land disputes and easements

Would highly recommend using these guys for any legal needs but specifically contract disputes/real estate. Unfortunately our team found ourselves in a meritless lawsuit several years after closing a transaction and these guys were able to get us the most favorable outcome possible. Specifically recommend Trey Eckloff who was super helpful, patient, and intelligent. Also worked with Casey, Caitlin, and Nathan who were excellent as well. Highest recommendation.
