They called to confirm appt twice, and actually came early. They were very considerate in moving plants and furniture inside. The were very good at explaining what and why they did what they did, especially the "low-e" coating failure, and the use of filtered ionized water to prevent spotting. We have used New View for a couple of years now. What a good decision! They are always on time, professional and ready to work. The windows look great and they seem to take pride in their work.
