If u dnt get ur possessions from vehicle rght away before it goes to there yard just kiss them goodbye because thay obviously are not watching the cars and my Jake brand new in box was stolen must have been by an employee because thay say yard is secure .and thay told us that it wasn't anyone there but what about cameras in there yard thay didn't offer any reimbursement or ant excuse for it missing it was only there late Sat and early Sunday when it was already rampaged threw the car .bad business and bad employees that dnt even try to help just there's nothing we can do ya rght! Going to send to bbb for sure

They towed my vehicle, changed owners and sold my vehicle without notifying me of any of this. I tried to come in and pay for my vehicle and was told "sorry, we have a new owner and your vehicle is no longer with us" if your vehicle is towed by these guys just be cautious of owner changes. They're also Greeley PDs choice if they pull you over and decide to tow your vehicle, so make sure you say goodbye to your car.

Heroes don't wear capes I got a dui in a rental called superior they said they wanted my birth certificate thank God my car wasn't in there in the jail every one talked bad about them these people I don't know why but they look out for the people. The owner I wished I knew his name but he's my angel last thing I wanted to deal with an angry tower but no simple compassionate straight to the point if ur lucky to get towed by this amazing company than pls thank him for me. Even my dad was like wow these are good people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Terrible Experience. Had to pay different price than what was negotiated on the telephone because I showed up a few minutes late. I was towed 2 miles away but charged for 16. There is so many things wrong with their system.
