        I called to check hours. Was told 5 and arrived shortly before. There was no wait. I was greeted promptly by a friendly employee and received a receipt. I had prompt, courteous experience.

        This place is literally never opened. Whoever works here definitely doesn't care about the job Because is never there. Is freaking annoying.

        In the 3 years we have lived by this location, roughly 50% of the time no one is in the office during office hours to actually ship a package. It can be convenient because it's close, but certainly don't rely on them for anything important like the mortgage documents like I'm trying to have overnighted and now scrambling to find a different drop point.
