    Beware of this company! The product they offer is good but dealing with the owner, who fired all his staff and has no clue what he's doing, is not worth any money saved. It took 3 phone calls to schedule a pick-up and move of a storage container because and I quote "I have a hair cut appointment and I'll have to call you back". When we finally got it scheduled he said he'd be there between 9-11, he then calls and says might be closer to 12 or 1 because he's running the business alone now and has other meetings. He over charged us, couldn't explain the charges because he doesn't understand how his system works, and continually told us the charges where per our contract, which they weren't. He kept telling us he would make it right because that's what his company does but when we called him about not receiving the refund he told us more than once we would be getting said he didn't owe us one anymore. Oh and they don't prorate charges for days not used so plan on that too. Would never use them again!!!

Ashley, I am sorry that you feel you were taken advantage. We do not prorate days per our lease agreement which you signed and agreed to prior to receiving your first delivery.TERM: The term of the Agreement commences on the date the Container is delivered to Customer and continues on a month-to-month basis until the Agreement is terminated as provided herein. This is a Industry Standard.Regarding your estimate and your billing, prior to any delivery I review the billing to make sure charges are accurate from your initial estimate and that charge's process correctly. Many times a customers card gets charged prior to the delivery day and is rejected due to insufficient funds. This did not happen on your account, however upon my review of your ticket I noticed for your Curb to Curb transportation, that it appeared high for a delivery from location to location and it warranted my further review. As shared, most Invoicing are for full dollar amount's and never charge in less than $ 1.00 increments. Yours was charging at $ .91 where it warranted a review. I wanted to review all of the transactions we had for your rental but knew you were waiting on the delivery. As shared, I placed a review ticket/email with our Software and Bookkeeper to see what may have happened. I reviewed quickly prior to delivery and thought the transportation portion may be high and yes thought there might be an overcharge. After review from tech support, the mileage was accurate for the charge being charged. The process and system caught this error and invoiced it accordingly to our billing rules. Was also wondering if there was a price concession to match a competitors written quote. Your account had no copy attached and that is why I asked onsite if you had price matched us and provided us a quote. Your response was NO. Regarding multiple days to schedule your delivery, yes I don't schedule when I am out doing deliveries and or personal errands. But I do return phone calls and I believe other than being an hour late for your curb to curb delivery, we met all of your requests for delivery and transports. As to the delivery charges and the differences from the Estimate and Rental Agreement. It is clearly noted and Highlighted on Rental Agreement: that Future Transportation Charges will alter based on final delivery address. Which you initialed on May 25, 2023. Based upon the address's and information you gave, the system modified your Future Transportation Fees from $ 339.01 to $ 393.91 So our pricing rules kicked in and modified your Curb to Curb and billed the additional mileage and reduced your Pickup from $ 140 to $120 for delivery return to our Greeley yard. The difference was actually less than $ 8.00 to your favor. Yes, after terminating my staff for lack of information on customers accounts and follow through, this shift has placed a fair amount of work load on me as the owner. You accusations upon me personally, well we all are entitled to our opinions. I always stand behind our services and seek to provide a fair value for the products and services we offer. I will be sending you a Gift Card for $ 50.00 for the aggravation you have incurred during this transition of moving and hope this shares that I do stand behind my company.
