-200 Sam is a liar and a thief!! Takes a lot of money for rental applications and does nothing and then refuses to return it saying he used it all, and when you ask for a detailed accounting they refuse!! Do not rent buy or even deal with these people I file a complaint with the state and they let me know they have created a file and are investigating further!! Bad bad bad company

Sam is a scum lord and thinks he can illegally charge over the 50$ late fee it is illegal to charger more then 50$ for late fees he's trying to charge 280$ we need to get this guy fired this is B's if you ask me

My husband went into talk to him about renting our house out and he was a great guy! Very honest and up front. We would recommend him to anybody looking!

I do not recommend this company to anyone.  They tell you one thing to your face and then turn around and tell the owners another trying to leave the renters a huge bill.  Go somewhere else
