My daughter in law visited Banner Physical Therapy today with a Dr's Rx for post-op PT. She was greeted by a very rude older woman who questioned her form and basically told her that she thought it was fraudulent. She gave her an attitude and sub-par care and refused to schedule any other appointments or provide her with equipment for her broken elbow. I wish that I could give less than a star in this case. Shame on you for making someone so uncomfortable that she left crying because you made her feel like she was not deserving of care and questioned her Medicaid insurance! Banner is becoming more and more notorious for poor healthcare services and having staff like this does not help.

I highly recommend the team at Banner Rehab West. Ive just finished my right knee Physical therapy at Banner Rehab West in Greeley. Dan Charbonneau and the rest of the physical therapists are friendly, personable and diligent at their job. They all greeted me by name as I came to therapy. Made sure I was comfortable in doing my therapy. Pushed me when I needed it and made sure I was well taken care of. From the smiling face behind the front desk on my arrival to the Ringing the Bellon my last session with Dan the whole experience was great! Im having my other knee replacement in a couple of weeks and I will be going back to Banner Rehab West and Dan Charbonneau because I know he will do what it takes to get my knee in shape. Thanks again for a great job.

I feel scammed by Banner Health and the Physical Therapy Center. I was having pain in my ankles that no one could figure out so my doctor prescribed physical therapy because insurance won't pay for an MRI unless you have done physical therapy. I came to this place and they evaluated me and came up with a guess for why I might be getting pain and assured me that they could fix the problem. I came in twice a week and did very basic strengthening exercises that I could have easily done at home on my own. Sometimes I wouldn't do any exercises at all and they would just rub my ankles (which was not helpful at all) for 10 minutes and send me home. The people were nice and even though I felt like they weren't really addressing my problem, I trusted the experts and hoped that what they were doing would help me. I gave them feedback and I tried to help them figure out what was going on, but I repeatedly felt like they were just falling back on their old standbys instead of really trying to find out what exercises could help me. At the end of everything, I was no better off when I left here than when I started. I get it, there was no guarantee that they would be able to fix my pain. That is not why I am giving a 1 star review. I am giving the 1 star review because I received 2 separate bills totaling $4000 with no explanation for the services. Each bill only had a single line that said "Physical therapy" and the cost. There were no dates, number of visits, or any other descriptive information at how they came to the amount that I owed. I asked repeatedly for an itemized list of the services and the breakdown of the cost and they would not provide it. The whole billing process is shrouded in a cloak of secrecy. I cannot fathom how they can justify charging $4000 for the services I received, and apparently neither can they because they can't explain it to me. I feel scammed.
