Not only their food is good. But they're customer service is wonderful. I ordered today over the phone and They accidentally gave me the wrong sandwiches that I ordered. It comes to over sixty dollars. I live in ault. I spoke with him on the phone to figure out what they could do. And they brought my money all the way here. And reimbursed me for the whole amount. I thought that was so awesome. God bless them at Jimmy Johns. They are on 10th street in greeley. Thank you again

Please tell me why we supply names for who the subs are for if they arent going to write them on it anyway and why select the cut in half option if its going to come whole regardless?

There isn't enough tune to cover the sandwich, I want back there you told there they put one scoup and I have to speard it out. And they would give me a refund...

I received a coupon for a $4.99 regular sized sandwich and went to the store located on 10th street to redeem the coupon. When I was ordering I informed the person at the window that I was wanting to redeem the offer, he told me nothing about it being excluded to certain items. When I went to pay I noticed the sandwich was regular priced and I asked the cashier if he had applied the discount and he said yes. When I looked at the receipt I noticed he did not apply the discount so I went back into the store to ask them about which was when they informed me it was excluded on certain items. Im upset because if I wouldve known that from when I was ordering I wouldve ordered something different that could have used the discount. I feel I was mis informed and wished they wouldve asked to make it right instead of excusing the situation.
