Susan abandoned her clients without any notice for 5+ months. When you have a loved one who requires daily medication for bipolar disorder and they run out and she's nowhere to be found despite call after call for weeks, it's scary and really not cool. Then she just pops up and responds five months later wanting another $300 conversation so she can refill the prescription. Yeah, no thanks. Absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable, and highly unethical.

Don't believe that review talking smack about her education. Susan ponder found out things regarding my health that no doctor has been able to do my entire life, and she was my psychiatrist.!! She's amazing, brilliant, and as sweet as they come

Dr. Ponder is very experienced, and easy to talk to. Shes also dedicated to finding treatments at the best cost to her patients, and finding the right treatments at that! 10/10
