        We paid RCC's bill in full immediately upon receipt. Thirty days later we received a very strongly worded past due notice and were very taken aback. Called and were able to verify that RCR received the payment. No apology no acknowledgement of our concern, the woman just said that is how our system works. That's very poor customer service.

      Peggy,We are sorry to hear your experience with RCC did not meet your expectation. We appreciate your feedback, however, we have a duty to provide equipment to a large portion of Northern Colorado Hospice patients first and foremost. At times this does limit our rental equipment availability, but we hope you can understand and respect our obligation to those on Hospice.
