        I have used this jeweler on at least three occasions and spent some good money there for a repair on my wedding ring a downsize on a ring I got from my mother and a couple other small things. When I went there to find out if he does appraisals, I was given such a cold shoulder. Not only was I not recognized for the business I have given him, I felt like I was really putting him out for even having to answer my question. I am so sad for I believe in the little mom and pop shops and it looked like he had quite a few beautiful pieces of jewelry on display for purchase and I looked quickly because I felt like I needed to leave to not put them out any further.

        Carl is always wonderful to work with. He custom-resized one of my favorite rings, which no longer went over my aging knuckle. It came out perfectly, and once again I can wear it and enjoy it!
