        We had to bury our youngest brother Feb 2023. And now my dear mother-in-law. Both times they were beyond professional and compassionate. They took the brunt of the work so we could do what we needed to and that was grieve. Both times we felt like they knew the person they were performing a service for. They are true servers. It feels like family taking care of family. Thank you for all you have done for our family.

        Lighthouse was extremely horrible, they cremated my dad without my permission and was still trying to get $1800 from us. I never even got to tell my dad goodbye my dad was cremated for 7 days before I even found out. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE THERE. They treated my dad as if he had no family members. Me and my sisters will never forget our experience with theses thieves ever. Horrible!!!!!

        Greeley Friends.....If ever you are in need of a Mortuary....Please, please let me recommend An Excellent, Compassionate, Family Owned Mortuary!!!! We chose Lighthouse Family Mortuary for my mom and I am so not regretting our choice!!!!! They are family owned Not Corporate owned and they are Awesome!!!!!! Zack and Chris are the two owners. Zack was a Sheriff and a Coroner. Chris was a Police Officer and Coroner. And then they both worked for a Big Name Mortuary that was taken over by a corporation. They are sensitive, caring, compassionate and also can be funny. I knew when Zack came to get my mom that I did not need to worry once he walked out the door with her. They were so considerate of her body and put me at ease. In talking with Chris today he was also very caring, compassionate, kind and helpful!!!! @LighthouseFamilyMortuary -Thank You SOOOOOO Much on behalf of myself and my family!!!! We appreciate you more than you will ever know!!!!!!!

        I give Lighthouse Family Mortuary a 5 star review. My mother passed away recently unexpectedly and during this difficult and could be a traumatic experience the people at Lighthouse Family Mortuary really helped, planning a loved ones death, by taking some heavy load off during the loss of a loved one. They didnt make us feel like we were just some number or case instead treated us as if it were themselves going through this or their own going through this hard process. I Highly recommend them to whoever reads reviews and I spoke highly to my own family and friends about these people and recommended. My husband and I ourselves are going to sit down with Lighthouse and make pre-arrangements for our loved ones because of how please we are with how they treated my family and us. Thank you Lighthouse Family Mortuary for everything you guys have done for us. God put you guys on our hearts for a reason. And were so blessed thank you again!

      Miss Martinez, We are sorry that you feel this way. We at Lighthouse have honored your father and made sure that he was treated with nothing but respect, compassion, and care at all times. After you had a bad experience with another funeral home, we met with you and your family to care for your father. Initially your family wanted a traditional service & we completed everything your family had requested, that was needed to perform the traditional service prior to the invoice being paid.Once you notified Lighthouse that your family could not afford a traditional service, you chose to have a simple cremation instead, which we supported due to your finances. We then waived the charges the other funeral home had charged you (Paid by Lighthouse), and we waved all of the embalming expenses to help with your family’s budget. We helped the family with applying for cremation assistance, all while not accepting any payment.Prior to the cremation, we had multiple phone conversations, text messages, and emails between you and Lighthouse where we were advising you on the assistance status for your father. We had verbal & written approval to proceed with the cremation for your father by you, and we had all proper authorizations & permits to perform the cremation.Your decision was made to move forward with the cremation after our last phone conversation when you told us to “proceed” after your father had been passed for over a month while waiting on family. We have never received any payments from family & no payments were ever “Demanded” prior to the cremation. When you asked if you could pick your father’s cremains & death certificates up, we granted your request immediately & you picked everything up with no problems, again without any form of payment being received.We truly wish you and your family the very best & hope you all find healing & comfort in the coming future.
