Abc's Bright School Age Center

I work at ABC and I love the company! Its a fun place to work at and they are flexible with my college classes! The kids are amazing and we have the best times! DEFINATLY recommend to all college students!

My children have attended ABC programs for many years now and our experience was always great until recently. The staff at University BSAC (Abby) and Jen Terango (regional manager), have very poor communication skills and are very unprofessional. They have mistreated my children numerous times and when I would reach out with concerns, they didn't care to listen or do anything. I was told that Abby is a young individual who is training so her unprofessional behavior is okay (very scary). I would NOT leave your children around her because she will pick at them and not care to actually figure out the issue like an adult. Jen Terango will stand right behind her staff and defend their poor behavior, she may come out like she cares but in the end truly don't. I will NEVER leave my children in the hands of these people again!!!

I am currently an employee at an ABC School Age Center, and I have been employed with the company since January 2020. I am a college student, and this company has been very flexible and understanding in regards to my school schedule. I have learned a lot while working at ABC that I can bring with me as a future educator. I highly recommend this job, even to individuals not in the education field. You have the opportunity to grow and learn a lot through working with the children and the staff at ABC.
