        Very Frustrated, 15 year customer and they changed account service fee. On hold for over 20 minutes. They will not assist with more than 1 refund. They have a promotion for get $400 for a new checking customer, but they do not have enough common sense to refund $40 to keep a long time customer. I do not recommend using this bank!

        Cheung the new manager is awesome! They have had some issues over the years, but the new staff and new manager is exactly what they needed!

        Reordered transactions to charge an overdraft fee even though there wasn't a negative balance. Just like in the class action lawsuit that was brought against the company in 2012. Very sketchy bank
