Just found out from the owner that they spent a sizable amount of money to upgrade the lighting and a new networked security system. Good, friendly owners with an honest business approach. Thanks for the upgrade! I'd definitely trust my stuff at Orchard Mesa Storage now.

I would trust my things better if they were left on the side of the road, the amount of unprofessionalism that takes place here is insane, the lighting is terrible, and no security whatsoever. If you want your things stolen then this is perfect for you.
