We can't say enough good things about Erika. She was invaluable in negotiating our move from Centennial to Grand Junction in the midst of a crazy up and down real estate market and mortgage rate environment. We were able to find out about properties remotely as they came on the market and she even performed a couple of video walkthroughs of places we were particularly interested in. She has also been a valuable resource for finding our way in a new community and getting work done on our new place. At every step of the way we were confident that Erika had our back and was giving us good advice.

Very open and sensitive to our wants and needs. We got the best house available at the best price available at the time we were looking. We have turned that house into a home and are happy with our purchase.

Erika Doyle did an excellent job helping us find our new home in Grand Junction! She set up several video tours and helped us with finding local vendors once we made the purchase. She also loves dogs, which she displayed by adding some puppy treats in our welcome basket! Thanks again, Erika!

Erika was amazing to work with on our home search in Grand Junction! We were passively looking for a couple of years and when new listings popped up we were interested in she would contact us or we would reach out to her for more details. Living out of state made the process challenging but we felt extremely comfortable and trusted Erika's opinion and knowledge of the areas and locations along with her guidance as she quickly figured out or likes and preferences. She made herself available on our trips to Colorado when we had limited time to look at homes. I am sure we extended her day more than a few times but she was always accommodating! We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Erika and our new home!
