      image I have struggled with anxiety and depression pretty much all of my young adult life. I have always struggled finding a good therapist and I hated going into an office I just felt awkward. I really like that I can do these appointments virtually from the comfort of my own home. I have never had a therapist that I really liked that I felt like listened to my problems and gave me feedback. The therapist that I have now is literally the best therapist Ive ever had and Im so lucky to have found this group of people. LifeStance has changed my life!

      image I was blessed with talking to Brad Flynn and after a few questions about myself in 10 minutes, he could tell I needed a in office session one on one with a psychologist of the same magnitude (MDR). Within 5 minutes after hanging up with Brad I received a call from their front office Jennifer. She had already checked my insurance, and called to see if another (MDR) was available in my home town, there was! Just got lucky and now I see him next week! Just amazing
