The good side- they were very responsive and were able to come the next day. The bad- I was charged $150 up front before they would even make the appointment. This was to cover the first hour's work. He was done in 30 minutes but I was still charged for an hour. He also left a cardboard box with parts in it, brand new parts, that I don't understand why weren't replaced (a hose for example) or what to do with the parts. No explanation. I also wonder about the safety of leaving a cardboard box near pilot lights for both my hot water heater and furnace. The guy who came wasn't friendly or helpful in explaining anything. He did the job and that was it. So all in all, the work was completed, quickly, but it was too expensive and customer service was lacking.

We had a Breezair installed in the spring and when they returned in the fall to winterize and cover it they honored their commitment to include that in the original price even though that agreement was not known to me. They were professional and responsive.
