Watch out for the new ownership. The last gym they owned, they closed with no notice and emailed everyone with memberships that they would be refunding them their punch passes or memberships. Then never followed through. They proceeded to ignore all emails and eventually shut down their emails and left a whole community hanging. I will never do business with this owner again.

I've been to a lot of climbing gyms and this is one of the worst unfortunately. I was able to send a V5, but not do several of the 5.9s because of reach. Definitely need more than one male setter, and please put down climb holds on your walls. Makes it much safer. Not a gym welcoming to women at all.

A lot of the routes are put up by only one setter. We really need some female setters and a bigger variety of styles. Would love to see yoga with Becca return!

Highly disappointed in this place. I watched a young climber fall. She did not get hurt too badly. But the fact that NONE and I mean NONE of the staff came to this climbers assistance at any time. I spoke up to the staff and they all just seemed too bothered to deal with it. A fellow patron of the gym took more initiative than any of the staff. I only got his first name, John. He seemed more concerned than any of the staff there. The new owner should be ashamed of his staff. Are they even properly trained and certified? My opinion , is they are not. I personally will not be returning. The new owner just doesn't seem to hire staff that cares nor does it seem like the new owners cares. I would highly recommend looking for a safer, better run climbing gym.

So many in the climbing community are looking forward to the new change that hopefully comes with a change in ownership. The gym already is so much cleaner and it seems like a lot of people have been coming back. All of the new holds and volumes are a welcome addition too. I hope yoga and more classes make a return as well as community events. It's pretty strange for the gym to have the word YOGA on the side of the building and not have yoga. It would be great if the fitness area got updated in the future. Perhaps some cable machines? On the topic of setting, it seems like there may only be one setter left. I really miss the diversity of setters this gym used to have. I especially miss climbing Chris' routes. They were always diverse and challenging and high quality. Being down to a single setter has been a huge talking point for members. No matter how good a setter is, we need to have more. All in all, it's super exciting to have an owner who is already making positive impacts to a long neglected gym!
