Walmart Pharmacy

I can't believe these negative reviews. I have never had one issue with the Rimrock Walmart pharmacy. The staff is most often very friendly, helpful and professional. And the prices are great. Anywhere else I went in town the prices were much higher. My husband has a TBI so I get a lot of prescriptions filled. The texts and website all work great too!

Greg was awesome! We went in for flu shots for the whole family and he was willing to get my daughter in first, who was really scared (she's 5). He was quick, kind, and really knew what he was doing. My daughter was in and out in under a minute and there was no meltdown or fear. He even gave for 2 prizes. It was a total win for our family when shot time is normally a nightmare. Thank you, Greg!

This pharmacy regularly makes it difficult to pick up my prescriptions. They do not run it through both of my insurances automatically, it is always a long wait in line, and they are rude when I call and inquire about delays. I spend a lot of time calling back and forth from my doctors office to the pharmacy just to get my prescriptions. I also get text messages telling me my medication is ready for pickup and then arrive to find out it is not in fact ready. Their answer? We have a system glitch and there is nothing we can do about it. I do not recommend this pharmacy if you take specialty prescription medications or if you require pain medication.

I came to get my prescription and they had filled the wrong pill. I have called multiple times to tell them they are giving me the wrong pills but no results. Today the girl said it would take 15 minutes to get the right prescription and I have now been waiting for 30 minutes with no results.
