        I waited an hour before xrays & half an hour after xrays before i got to see the P.A. They wouldn't do my 2nd area xrays at the same time as these xrays. So now I have to take off work another 3 hours for more xrays & they can't get me in for another month! I don't want to have to do another procedure until I know if they need my 2nd area included.Not good planning!

        I was pleased with my experience at western co spine. Dr shorten helped me so much with the pain through surgery. His PA was Todd Ottley at the time, and was so helpful as well. Kristen was also amazing - my questions were answered quickly, giving me confidence in my decision.
