If I Can give this place no stars, they would receive no stars, when I went in to get my eyes checked, everything was fine, one worker there was very rude to not only me but everyone else, she always had a sour face. I went in to grab my glasses that I paid almost 400$ for the prescription to be on the wrong eye, I kept telling the girl that had the sour face that the prescription is in the wrong eye because I can not see with the glasses on and on my bad eye had no prescription which I was supposed to have it on. She proceeded to tell me to have a good day and to wear them for a week, I tried telling her that they need to be switched but she still didnt believe me. So I talked to someone else, she was super helpful but she had to pick up the phone, the same sour-pus girl came up and asked if I had a question and proceed to tell me that she cant do anything about it. Well I asked if I can have a new appointment, I got that appointment and the lady that did my exam was trying to give me a strong prescription for my good eye THAT I CAN SEE OUT OF PERFECTLY FINE Im still waiting for my almost 400$ refund for glasses I cant wear. Id suggest going to Pearle Vision, they listen to you and take care of their patients, super friendly and nice. No sour faces or attitudes at all!

Dr. Codner is amazing. The Tech today was amazing. However, the service I received was not great. I did not get greeted, or welcomed at all. I came into my appointment today expecting to do paperwork, but they had already pulled my medical file for the appointment when I had NOT signed HIPAA. I wanted to use different insurance than what was filed, that has good benefits, yet I was bullied into using a different insurance. I also needed to make changes to my medical history. I signed all my permissions including HIPAA with the tech. I am not ok with them pulling my medical file and as was considered "checked-in" before I was even on property and in the store. Because of the front staff, including the manager, are unwelcoming, I do not recommend purchasing glasses from this store. I recommend getting an exam, but not purchasing glasses.
