I have been going to Terri every other week for the past two years and have enjoyed the experience very much. Last December Terri offered a class in self improvement and I signed up for six months. It turned out to be a very good decision and an incrediable journey of self discovery!

I have been going to Terri at Healthy Habits Massage for Pre-natal massages, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. She uses just the right pressure, not too soft and and not too deep, just enough to be relaxing but also deep enough to work through my muscles. Its taken me a long time to find a massage therapist that fits my style just right. Maybe Im picky, but when youre paying to feel good, you want it to be a great experience!! I also really enjoy the fact that Terri will talk and be friendly when I arrive, but when it comes down to massage time, she allows me to truly relax. You can tell shes knowledgeable in what shes doing and really knows how to work with our muscles! Im so grateful I found Terri! Shes not only great at what she does, but she also has an amazing personality! I highly recommend!!!
