Nine Province Kung Fu has been a lifesaver for me. Sifu Glenn and Kung Fu helped me regain my range of motion in my arms after an accident, when I couldn't do traditional exercises. Now I've been going for almost 5 years and I so love it.
Kung Fu is for everyone! It doesn't matter your age, physical ability level, or prior knowledge, Sifu Glenn has a class for you! Don't move a whole lot but wanna change that? Try Tai Chi, gentle and calm. Want something challenging that will get you breathing heavy and teach you how to defend yourself? Try Hung Gar/Shaolin! Like weapons? Try Wudang Sword! Plus so many other options and classes!
Wonderful, personal instruction no matter your level. This is a family and we help each other grow. This is a fantastic place to learn something new and fun!
