Joel and Sarah at Merge2Media have been outstanding to work with. They are helpful, responsive and have accommodated multiple change orders (with a smile). Their response times are quick and they go out of their way to ensure the customer is taken care of. I absolutely recommend them and will use them for all my printing needs.

Joel and his team are very knowledgable and prompt in every project I've ever asked them to do. They are also very fair with their prices. I've never felt so confident in the promise times they give either as they underpromise and overdeliver and return my projects to me often a day or two earlier than their already rapid turn around time. Had very high hopes for them to get me everything I needed for my business with plenty of time to spare, but they stopped returning emails couldn't get called back and had to go very last minute somewhere else to get what I needed for my event.
