      image We have been with this office for 14 years. We filed our first claim last summer due to a flood, and it has been a nightmare! If you want an insurance company that's looking out for you, and is in your corner then don't sign up here. The whole thing has been a horrible experience and is still not done! 9 months later our house is still torn up! They do not move quickly, and I've had to do half their job. They do not value their customers, or work for you like they say they will.
