I am not happy with the impersonel treatment. It seems when ashley went so did personel atmosphere. I like a agent who calls from time to time to chat and see if i need anything.or if they can save me money.

Can I leave less than 1 star? The insurance market is very tough for HOAs right now. I am an HOA manager in Aspen and my colleagues received a cold call from an agent at 360. I followed up on that call, explained the difficulties some of our properties were having in obtaining coverage, and 360 explained how they were different because they underwrite their policies in-house and were not as exposed over the last couple years by big losses in other states. I sent them our portfolio of properties looking for coverage and started receiving quotes with promises of more quotes to come. One would think when you received a quote, it means it is a viable option so we start presenting the quotes to our clients and some approve with more leaning towards approval. Then, I receive a call from the agents explaining that their underwriting department misled them and should not have told them they could provide the quotes because they couldnt actually provide the coverage. I obviously freak out because I have clients depending on 360 for their insurance coverage for the coming renewal and have to go back to my clients and inform them that they no longer have a reasonable option and will have to use the expensive Excess & Surplus market. Overall, 360 provided me with 12 quotes for 12 different properties that they wouldnt honor. Do not waste your time with 360. They will absolutely screw you.
