Called them to come out take a look at one of our coolers in May. The technician told me that he spoke with manufacture and they will send the necessary part to Fortney and both labor and part will be covered by manufacture, since it's still under warranty. 2 months later i called to check on the part and they said they're still waiting. 3 months after that, i called and they said they closed the ticket because i was supposed to be the one to order the part and they never ordered any part for me. Waited 5 months for nothing. On top of that they insisted that i pay for the diagnosis even though their own technician told me it was covered by warranty. On the phone, they repeatedly tried to talk over me as i tried to explain what their technician has told me, and proceeded to tell me that she doesn't need to hear my explanation, and hung up the phone on me. Extremely unprofessional to say the least

Use them commercially. They've been nothing but amazing for us. Absolutely would recommend to anyone

Took a unit to them and requested they repair it completely. Took it home and quit working within a week. Took it back and was charged again for repairing the same thing they repaired the first time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FAST!
