La Master's Motel is the worst place I've ever lived. Most of the hotel rooms have had bedbugs for years and the landlord continues to rent them and blames the new tenants saying they must have brought them. Even after admitting prior knowledge of bed bugs he still wants to keep the mattresses and carpets/furniture. I literally sat on the bed for 10 minutes and gotten up and went across town to my friends house to find multiple types of bugs running around on me. I told the landlord about it and he took my rent money for the month $1000 then tried to charge for me supposedly bringing the bugs even know prior tenants and current nieghbors all know about it. Then after not paying him extra he locked the door kept my belongings and called the cops and said I was not allowed there. DEFINITELY WORST LIVING ENVIRONMENT/EXPIRENCE IVE EVER HAD Rooms: Windows are broken. No tvs, kitchenette, or air conditioning. Broken plumbing and very unclean the sheets and bedding was still stained and dirty smelling from previous people. There were needles sitting under the mattress were my grandkids almost found.... Safety: Very Hazardous, some of the rooms have black mold due to leaking plumbing or water leaks, multiple types of Bugs, Unclean, Smells like cat pee, and very rude service.

Lived there once the trailer was just one slammed door away from being condemned went back years later and if that same trailer wasnt still there available for rent

I looked all over town and could not find a place that would allow me to keep my dog so this dump is where I had to rent when I signed the lease he promised me windows and that he would continue working on this trailer s picture is worth a thousand words so they say this slum Lord never fixed any thing iv been here 4 years he refused to call an exterminator when the elm seed bugs invaded my bed room maken it so I slept in the live ING room the sliding back door is not even on track it's held in place with duck tape the hot water heater fell threw the floor and I had to pay for some one to fix it the roof leaks so bad that at one point I had grass growing in my carpet I have no bed room doors no bath room doors and one windy day my back door flew off because it was so rotted the air conditioner has mold and is right next to the big hole in the cealing he rented me this place and called it a two bed room two bath yet it was only. Last week I fixed and used the bath. Room for the first time the heater never worked I had to heat the place using an oven the oven that came with the unit did not work so I had to buy my own oven and refrigerator he will not except the repairs or new carpet as a rent payment so I could no longer live like this so I stopped paying rent now tomarrow I will be evicted by the shareffs with no place to go and no money if any one could help please donate to my move $deadpuppie is my cash tag for cash app
