Lori Henderson (Owner) is an awesome human. The level of kindness and compassion she extends to clients is absolutely genuine and as the owner- quality, consistent care is her priority. What impresses me most isnt her strong moral compass (although integrity in her position is important) but rather the emphasis she places on her employees. Lori cares about her staff and she goes out of her way to convey that. Its truly a simple concept- take care of your employees and they will take care of the customers. Simple as it may be many employers dont treat their employees as assets as we have seen with the Great Resignation of 2022. This is what separates FirstLight from the others. My family member receives excellent care and I highly recommend FirstLight!!

Failed to show up on 3 different scheduled visits for my dad who is dependent on care. Poor communication from office staff regarding this as well as after hours staff. Too many times heard thats not my department. Had so many different caregivers I saw a different face just about every day. I don not recommend first light if you need consistency
