Excited to move into my new home built by Chronos. Such a beautiful neighborhood they have established. All the homes we went and looked at are absolutely stunning and we found our dream home with them. Chronos and their realtor have been nothing but amazing to work with!!

My husband and I had a great experience closing on our new house. We had a walk-through prior to signing documents and were provided a thorough explanation of our builders warranty, how to mitigate issues and given multiple resources to help care for our new home. Then we were given a brief tour of all of our important utilities and shut-offs, etc by the building foreman. As well as basic care instruction for our home to help best maintain it. We wish this was done at every home closing! Thanks to Chronos and the Kimbrough team for a smooth process.

The great big American flag out front of their East office is inherited from Blue Star Industries on G Road where I held an office for some years. Chronos does a lot of things... So far I have seen them substantially rework landscaping on two neighbor's homes. I have been impressed with the attitudes and level of organization showed by foremen as well as the attention to detail by workers on the sites. Both jobs show more than competent landscaping execution and design; there is also a creative aspect only next level services can accomplish.

I love the flag that is displayed at your building! It is so beautiful and it makes me feel so proud to be an American. It gives me a feeling of gratitude and joy every time I see it. Thank you.
