CrossFit Vex

This place is dope for crossfit. They have so many different ways to pay for the gym not just a monthly thing. I travel a lot for work and they worked with me o. a payment plan that made sense. They work well with newbies and veterans. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and not insecure. They will make you a better person inside and out.

This gym is awesome! Great people, everyone has been welcoming and friendly. Ive really enjoyed their programing its definitely been challenging but rewarding. Highly recommend!

Moved to GJ a few months back and wanted to try something new. Never having done CrossFit, I was nervous to give it a shot. Vex is a gem of an establishment. There is truly a familial atmosphere at this gym - the coaches are knowledgeable + personable and the other CrossFitters are really friendly and encouraging. Ultimately everyone is striving to become the best versions of themselves, and it creates such a positive atmosphere - I love it. Getting involved with Vex has been one of the best decisions I've made, hands down. It offers great community, great fun and endless opportunities to grow in discipline, virtue and functional fitness.

This place is truly amazing. My introduction to CrossFit Vex was from an athlete that I follow on Instagram. When I decided to try CrossFit, it was an easy decision to look at them first. For me, what sold the gym was Robert (the owner). He was very welcoming and friendly. That type of attitude has made its way throughout his coaching staff. All the coaches from top to bottom are helpers and I know that all of them get joy from watching people continue to get better. I highly recommend you give this place a chance. I promise, you wont regret it!

Had a great time being pushed to my limits by the team at Vex. I dropped in for a few days while passing through. Everyone was super welcoming and I felt part of the family right away. The workouts are tough and the atmosphere was easy to push myself to the limit without feeling pressured. Coaches spent a lot of time teaching the movements and helped me continue to learn. Highly recommended stopping here. Even got a cool shirt as part of the first drop-in class.
