      image My basement flooded with the water heater malfunctioned. Service Master arrived within an hour. They struggled a lot with their pumps and getting the water out. Eventually with 3 different men standing around, it started working. Then the fans were set up to dry the room out for 3 or so days. The worker who came to check on the fans was helpful. However, service master did a terrible job getting the documents to my insurance. I had to call/follow up many times in order to get them to send the required documentation to my agent. The communication was poor. But as soon as it was time for me to pay my bill, the communication was suddenly frequent. For pumping out water for 4 hours and a few days of fans, my bill was over $2,800. No physical bill was sent to me with any kind of breakdown on costs and charges. No payment plans available. I wouldnt recommend this company.
