Went in to get some upgrades and figure out best ways to save money! Elijah helped us out and got us through the day getting new lines set up and giving us the best possible deals. Helped us understand future bills and processes and we left as happy customers. If you are a current or looking to be a t mobile customer I would recommend stopping at this store on the corner of north and 12th across from the university!

This location is currently lying to people at all costs to get them in their service. The two tablets on us is a complete scam they knowingly put me on two promotions that would disqualify me for the reimbursement to buy out my old carrier thus leaving me with a huge bill to pay. When I called to asked I was SCREAMED at to the point I couldnt even get far into what was saying. He was extremely defensive which only went to show they know what they are doing and it is wrong. Do NOT use this location you will be taken advantage of. This is the cry baby that screamed at me and then tried to lie about it because he was scared

Place is a rip off and they kids in there don't care about the customer... I got a new phone the other day asked for a screen protector and they gave me liquid glass with out telling me I dose not protect my screen at all
