I was an employee and I had a loved one living their and ill tell you the management is LAZY and nothing is ever done. They say what they need to get you off the phone or out the door and then you get zero actual solutions. They employ MINORS to care for you loved ones (16 yr olds) and offer no training except job shadow for maybe 2 shifts. it's a joke how they treat employees and residents. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They only care about the check you bring in not the happiness or care for the residents. I have seen this through 3 manger changes and a whole lot of turn over with Staff. The care is never a priority. Your loved one deserves better

My daughter was recently a resident and when Covid hit I printed up a sign for her door asking everyone to wear a mask and wash hand before entering, because resident was immune depressed. The sign was never placed on her door. The staff continued to come in without masks or gloves. She ended up with covid. The staff continued to come in without protection when she was an active covid case. We reported it several times. When she went to the hospital, I requested her room to be cleaned and sanitized. I brought her back to a dirty room which I had to clean myself before I felt it safe to leave her there. She wanted to have her cat so I paid the $300 deposit and brought the cat. The second night the cat was howling so I came over in the middle of the night to remove the cat. I asked the next day if I could get the $300 back as the cat was there 1 1/2 days. The manager said yes. My daughter passed away from the complications following covid and I asked if the $300 would be reimbursed, I was told no. refunds were never refunded. I went into two other rooms during the time my daughter was there and was saddened to see the mess they have people live in. I will never forgive myself for letting my daughter talk me into letting her move there.
