Had my kids school pictures taken this year. Pretty disappointed to say the least. Poor quality and they had them pose with props which were not a part of the paperwork to select. It has always been one pose/head shot. I paid for the full package and was really looking forward to giving them out to family and friends. They also always have them available for pick up at the school but they were mailed this time and rolled up and jammed in my mailbox. Needless to say, save your money on your kids school pictures and get them taken somewhere else that you can select and look through for the perfect print.

Looters with out dated tech . They give 5x7 digital downloads for $25 per picture. Who the hell are they to claim copy rights when the pictures taken are of my kids. Zero ethics in this profession.

It's unfortunate they are the only option foe our school pictures. I went to digital print as they are pricy. Since doing this I have never got my pictures without having to contact the company. I actually received and envelope today but it just had the main page the sample picture.

Incorrect orders delivered despite actual order form, system places web site data in front of payment information making completing the order impossible, rude person goes on and on how one is using the correct browser but just can't be their web site vs taking actual order which was the intent, web site not user friendly to compare costs, packages and features.
