      I apologize for the inconvenience that we have caused you. We actually do payments upfront for the because we have a lot of people who order and never show up, as a restaurant, we are having to waste food, and that is not fair to us. That is why we encourage online ordering. I know this seems inconvenient, however in order to keep cost low we need to do what we have to do as a business to ensure we are not wasting food.
