Eric at Next Step Pro Sales is an exceptional human being and was a huge help to us in selling our RV. I have never encountered such honesty and integrity in an auto sales experience before. Eric found us after we posted our RV for sale on Facebook Marketplace. We were skeptical at first, especially after reading reviews because it all seemed too good to be true! Well, our experience proved that the glowing reviews in fact reflect reality. Eric took about 100 pictures and a video of the RV, then listed it for sale, all at no cost to us and knowing upfront that we had already received a serious inquiry. Eric told us that if we sold the RV on our own we would owe him nothing, and he even said that would be his preference since he started his business to help people buy or sell without being taken advantage of by dealers. He offered to give us advice on the sales process and followed thru by giving us valuable advice and sending us a blank sample of a Bill of Sale. As it turned out we did sell the RV on our own and the process went very smoothly, at least in part because of the advice we received from Eric. He was also very happy for us when the sale went through.If we ever want to buy or sell another RV or classic car in the future we will definitely be calling Eric! We highly recommend him!
