You wouldn't want to work for this company.i just quit working there recently due to bad management which doesn't care about there employee's this why they do have a big turnover because of the way you are treated there !

I find myself feeling increasingly discontent with my position, pay, and the workplace environment. I cannot in good conscience work for an employer that punishes their employees for a series of unplanned absences related to health issues and trauma. A person should never be penalized for health issues on their performance review, nor should they receive performance corrections for said absences. You either support your people holistically or you do not. You either have integrity or you do not. Additionally, the compensation structure at CoorsTek is appalling. I have worked hard, consistently for several years with menial pay increases only to have a new colleague with arguable experience join at a significantly higher wage. This hiring and compensation discrepancy is infuriating and makes me feel devalued for the work Ive done so far. Finally, I am an environmentally conscious person. The elimination of our reclaim processes, thereby contributing to more waste and pollution is disgusting. I cannot work for an organization whose values are so misaligned with my own.
