Do not trust their website or the descriptions. I highly recommend you go see the product in person, as the measurements on their site are highly misleading and counterintuitive. After bringing this to their attention they were not willing to work on the price with me, stating that I should have seen it in person.
And so that begs the question - why even have a website with measurements if it's going to bait you into thinking you purchased one size but then you receive a wide variance of sizes, non-refundable? If you have ordered from them before, or if you have seen their stock in person, then I'm sure you won't have any issues with them.
I would have happily gone down and looked at their stock in person if I had known that the variance in their product was so egregiously wide. But I trusted the information that they presented to me, You know what I'm saying? Why would I assume I can't trust them? I'd be willing to put in the work if they had told me, I'm not trying to be complaining, but they aren't even willing to help me on this one or own up to how misleading their website descriptions are.
So I'm trying to be a reasonable person here and just say, don't trust their website - I'm sure if you go in person you'll have a great experience.

We have two issues:
We looked at a few mulch providers in the Denver area, and Pioneers' Playground Mulch Playsoft was the best. However, what we were sent was scraped from the bottom of the pile, and a lot of mud was included. We spent a lot of time getting our property ready for nice mulch to be placed on top of fabric. This stops weeds. However- if we dont clean it by hand of the mud and dirt, we will have weeds on top of the fabric.
Pioneer- We are NOT pleased.
Next:
The delivering dump truck was not full, and mulch weighs very little. Their charge to deliver 5 cubic yards of mulch was, after tax, $113.64. What we wanted was 5.75 cubic yards, but for the extra .75 cubic yards, the delivery charge would go from the $113.64 to $205 (including tax) for anything over 5 cubic yards.
Seriously, the same truck, not full, not overweight, and they want an extra $90 to deliver.
I can understand a slightly higher charge if the load was heavy, or if they went extra miles.
But they are only 9 miles away, and the load was light.
Pioneer, this is wrong.

I have always had great luck with pioneer in the past. This time they dropped off fill dirt trying to sell it as planters mix. I instructed them to pick it up which they came on a Sunday to do so. They charged me for the full amount and I am awaiting my refund. Lack of communication and empty promises have me convinced to never order from them again.

For Truckers making deliveries here, look for the Pioneer Landscape sign on the road. YES, it's a gravel road. Turn there and follow the road allllll the way to the end. Go through the gate and follow the road some more til you get to the office.
Check-in was short and simple. Process here is cut and dry. Check-in, YES, back onto that ramp thing over there, disconnect, stand aside and watch your load dump out. Reconnect and off you go. (Paperwork is signed when you check in so interactions are kept short and easy.
