Getting my car fixed here was not a good experience at all. Firstly the commutation was terrible. Getting ahold of the service center for an update on my car was near impossible. And when I would get a response it would be very limited and sometimes inaccurate updates on my cars progress. They had my car for a little over two months and I wasnt given any updates without having to call and or text them multiple times. I can understand that they are busy but I would be told they would have an update for me in a day and I wouldnt hear back from them at all. After having my car sit there being fixed during this time, my battery died. They did not call me to let me know this and they did not ask me asking if I would like the battery replaced. It makes it seem like they did not test drive my car before giving it back to me because they didnt even know it was dead until i picked it up. This left me with a underivable car over Easter weekend. I was extremely frustrated by the whole situation and when I tried getting answers felt unheard. I would not recommend this service center again

My recent car purchase from Planet Hyundai was amazing, and I would highly recommend this no haggle, no pressure to purchase experience. A huge shout out to Gus Cordova, who spend much time with me on two test drives, and after painless purchase experience, delivered my car to me and set up Bluetooth, Homelink, and showing me features of my new car. He will be back to deliver floor mats, and we will go over more features, and answer questions. Also, Tim was my first contact with my car buying, and he was also very helpful. Mostly interacted with Gus. Thank you Planet Hyundai for my beautiful car!! Thank you Gus and Tim.

Highly recommend working with Gus! I havent purchased a car since 2011 and it was such a wonderful experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for and was patient and diligent as we found the right vehicle. Great team, great work!
